PAYMENT POLICY_________________________________________________________
Payment, in US funds, is due at the time of purchase, or other arrangements must be made before the order is shipped.
We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal for Domestic and International orders
Special order items are paid in full in advance and there is no return on these items.
SHIPPING POLICY_________________________________________________________
We ship to US and International addresses via USPS First Class. International orders will require additional shipping and process time.
Tax will be added for Florida purchases at the appropriate rate for each county.
DOMESTIC:
Shipping charges are as follows:
Shipping charge is based on total weight of the order and its destination from our location. This is referred to as USPS Zones which took effect January 2019.
Shipping charges other than listed above will be shown in the product's description.
Priority USPS delivery is also available outside of Florida.
INTERNATIONAL - CANADA:Shipping charges are as follows:
Minimum shipping charge is $12.25 and is based on 2020 USPS rates up to 9oz. Final shipping charge is based on total weight of the order.
INTERNATIONAL - ALL OTHER COUNTRIES:
A shipping insurance charge of $1.00 is automatically added to each order. It will show at checkout as a 'Handling Charge'.

Almost every country has a different shipping charge for the same order weight. Final shipping charge is based on total weight of the order based on the destination country.

All discounts apply for items ordered at the same time.

RETURN POLICY________________________________________________________
We accept returns for merchandise exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days.
Buyer pays for return shipping and a new shipping charge will be added to an exchanged order.
Damage during shipment must be handled with the shipping company first.

WARRANTY POLICY_______________________________________________________
All items are received from the manufacturers and shipped to you in new, unused condition.
Any issues with your item(s) upon receipt must be reported to us within 7 days.
Damage during shipment must be handled with the shipping company and is not a warranty issue.
The manufacturer's warranty will determine how your issue is resolved. If you have to return your product, it must be in the original shipping material. We will reimburse your return freight charge by issuing a store credit and no charge will be added to your replacement order.
