Return Policy
OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE YOU A HAPPY CUSTOMER.
We gladly accept returns purchased from our website within 30 days of arrival.
We will either refund the cost of the item(s), issue a store credit or make an exchange of equal value.
1. We will pay for the return postage if any item was incorrectly shipped, missing parts of a multi-part item, product not as depicted or a manufacturer defect.
2. The buyer pays for return postage for any reason other than listed in number 1 above.
ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
We must be notified by email to TedsModeling@ gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
The item must be in the original packaging and not used in any manner.
Model kits cannot be opened.
Items not eligible for return will be noted in the item's ad.
Special order items are not eligible for return.
Items damaged during shipment must be resolved with the shipper or local postal carrier and are not eligible for return.
REFUNDS, CREDITS OR EXCHANGES
Any refund or credit does not include the original shipping charge (and handling charge if applicable).
Refunds, credits or exchanges will occur after the return is received and inspected.
Time for refunds to appear will depend on your bank's policy.
Refunds are processed through PayPal and you will be immediately notified by email.
