Two pairs of 3D-printed working hinges.
Just pick mounting locations and install.
Tape the door to the body, making sure the spacing around it is good (use spacers if needed) and make sure the door is flush with the exterior of the body. Assemble the hinges and glue in place. A minute bend at the top of a pin will keep it from falling out while allowing you to pull it out to work on the door. You could tape the assembled hinges in place first to check for proper alignment and movement of the door before gluing.
The surface area to glue to the body or door is substantial and thin enough to hide under a panel or other cover. If the area to be glued to is thick enough, it would be even better to grind out a little styrene or resin to sink the hinges even more.
