Scale Motorsport is known for their quality carbon fiber decals and this one is different.
This pattern is printed over a CLEAR waterslide decal. The CLEAR decal material allows you to place the decal over any painted color surface and that color shows through, becoming part of the overall Checkerboard pattern (see example decal on the auto above).
This checkerboard pattern is made of rectangles, not squares, for a horizontal or vertical pattern, depending on how you lay it out. Its pattern has about 50% of 'clear' area for the base color to show through, compared to some of the other patterns that are tighter. Imagine a yellow or red base under this.
Great for a rat rod, custom or maybe on a diorama sofa/chair.
